Game Title: Squeak n’ Sneak

Synopsis: You are a lab rat trying to escape an evil scientist’s lab! Get out by avoiding the lights, including lights around the level and flashlights held by the guards. Use switches and boxes to turn off or block the lights and escape.

Gameplay: Use WASD (or arrow keys) to move around the level. Hold shift while pressing WASD (or arrow keys) to push and pull boxes. Press E while standing on a switch to toggle it. If you walk into a light, the level will reset.

This is just a prototype, so there is no art yet. You are the white circle with the yellow light surrounding it. Red circles are the guards, and they carry flashlights that will reset you. Brown squares are boxes that you can push and pull by holding shift and moving. Light brown squares are light switches; stand on them and press E to toggle them.

We're also having a few issues with the shadows in the game build. Here is how it should look:

Music Ideas:

• Mechanical/electronic to fit the laboratory vibe
• Suspenseful background music; potentially changes as the player approaches a guard/light
• Sound effect denoting end of level, should be happy/upbeat and differ greatly from the background music
• Sounds effects for switching lights on/off, pushing boxes, walking
